Novus #2 Fine Scratch Remover. It is designed for painted sufaces, particularly pinball machine playfields. It works really well for polishing XMods and other models.

how much is that stuff and where can i get it

It's $8.99 a bottle. Not cheap, but I use it to maintain a pinball playfield that would cost $1000 to replace, so it's worth it to me. Also works well for polishing motor heat sinks, among other things.
