Mini t questions
So what kind of run times are you getting out of a stock mini t ?
DO they make any upgrades yet? Are there any problems with them? An are they worth the 150.00 |
I bought mine used with a bunch of extras for $120 :)
Its great, I love the little thing. It scoots along really good on a 7.2 pack, even better with a 9.6. Run times... Oh, id say about 30 minutes or something close to that... Havent really timed it. Upgrades, heck yeah, tons of em. You can pretty much put any electronics in them you want. And there are places like GPM making aluminum parts, and Crazy Nut racing making killer custom rims. The only one thats not out yet that I NEED are the oil filled shocks. In my opinion, the mini-t is the micro to have. |

I forgot the one most important thing the mini-t has over other micros.. Unlike the epoch, mini-z, xmod, mini-x, and all those, the mini-t can drive on grass, gravel concrete, carpet, pretty much anything. Thats the one thing I havent liked about the other micros. I have owned an xmod, mini-x, and have drove a mini-z.... But it always bothered me that I couldnt just go out in my front yard and run them around. Even little stones here and there on a smooth concrete surface messes up the xmod and mini-z....
ok, I rambled too much, :D |
Thanks
No you wern't rambling that is stuff I need to know. If i go to a hobby shot most likely you will either talk to someone who knows a ton about the product you are looking at buying or nothing. i look to the forums for straight answers. thanks

IMO, The Mini-T and the Mini-z Monster are the best new RC's on the market. Their compact size allows for racing anywhere. I had gotten out of the RC hobby for a few months, but those two sucked me back in. I consider my Mini-T to be my best RC purchase ever. What I'm really looking forward to is a Mini-T the size of an Epoch. That would set the RC world on fire. Then if they could bring them down to the size of a Bit, you heard it here... it would become the hottest selling RC ever!

Microsizer...powerbrutes :P
|
yeah... those powerbrutes are junk

I own a couple of those. Bought them from Japan over a year ago from TOMY. But, what I'm talking about is an exact miniature version of the Mini-t. If someone would like to make me one, I'd gladly pay them $150 for it. Doesn't need a body. Just has to look, drive and run great.

I can see it now; gravel rock crawling! Anyways, how would ic3s be in it?

Are these things AWD? Do they have proportional steering?
