3rd Generaton?!

there might be a third generation of electronics out already. when i got my new electronics the first thing i did was test them outside of the car but with everything like the lights and motor hooked up. i noticed that the lights turn off after about 30 seconds instead of one minute. IDK if there are any other powersaving features in this "3rd" generation. if anyone else has noticed this please reply.

hey same here....

I never really noticed that the lights go out after 30 secs on mine.... my friend's Rsx's lights last one minute. It is just my civic or do i have the 3rd gen eletronics?

depending on when he got the RSX he could have 1st, "2nd" gen electronics. i know that when i had the "2nd" one and they stayed on for 1min. anyone has yet to prove that there is a second generation. unless this is the second. god im confusing myself.

BC showed evidence of 2nd gen electronics. he showed that the radio crystal was mounted about 1 cm lower than before. it's possible that only a small batch of 1st gen made it to store shelves because when i picked up my supra the moment they first took it out of the box and about a week after reports of teh first xmod showing up on store shelves, mine had the lower crystal. the 2nd gen had their hood pre-installed in the kit

i think only the first skylines to came out had the sec gen electronics. me and my brother got xmods the thursday they were released and my skyline had the 1st gen and his supra had the 2nd gen

you mean that the first skylines had the 1st gen right? and didn't CJ said that until someone checked the electroncs themselves not just the plug that it could only be speculated that there was a second gen?
