i found it on Tomy site. i couldn't read because it was japanease. does anyone know where i can get that body?

You don't, it's a custom made.

I suppose you could try to contact the person that sent in the picture (I doubt that would be easy) and ask him to make you one too.

i guess you ahvent heard about the BMW mini cooper bit that is coming out this month (i think its this month correct me if im wrong)

yeah i'm a big fan of bmw also. i have a 1999 323i.
and i'm still waiting for more european cars. but i guess the licensing for those cars would be harder than japanese cars.
but they're working on it cuz the Mini Cooper is coming out end of this month or next month. so i'm still hoping for a M3:)
