Well, do you have 2 of the same exact cells?

two exact cells hookem in series and then charge with 2.4 - 3 volts instead of 1.2 and off you go. at this point its such a tried and true mod there's plenty of archives--run a search on this site for the info.

start on a cheap ride first.
