RC 2NR 01-01-2004 11:09 PM

Anyone dumb enough to buy it deserves to get ripped off.

93Supra0wner 01-01-2004 11:38 PM

Bahh i just saw the same thing..he also offers cutsom paint for 30

tavisjohn 01-01-2004 11:41 PM

Anything that I purchase I research. I find out what price range is standard and go from there. I have seen the same item on e-bay listed as NEW with a price difference (Closing Auction Price) of more than $300.00. If someone just buy's it because it is listed on e-bay, let them! At this point (At least in MY area) I could probably sell an AWD kit for $25.00-$30.00. All the RadioShack stores in the area (10+) are compleatly OUT. And Online is out too! Give it a look: AWD kit @ Radioshack.Com The price should be whatever the buyer is willing to pay! Not everything is available in all areas. Not everyone knows how to use Google & other search engines to research, so if they are willing to pay, or are to lazy to go elsewhere, then they deserve to overpay!

Catch a fool, bump his head....It is not his fault that people are stupid enough to buy from him.

lol I didn't read all off the description, I thought he said the lights will change colors, not paint the car..lol  I doubt that anybody would buy it w/o doing research, I mean you gotta be incrediblly stupid or incrediblly desprate to buy something at that price

Anyone remember all the Xbox "boxes" that were going on ebay for hundreds when the xbox first came out? At least you get a product here. This is nothing! :D :D

Im a seller on ebay, also a buyer. I do research on everything i buy and sell. I have sold some things on here that go for crazy amounts and even more than what a store sells things for. Someone will always buy it, no matter what the price. If I have a product on ebay that in a big city sells for 5 bucks and I take that same product to a rural community, I know they will pay more for it because its harder to get it there. Its a premium. There are many reasons why someone would pay higher for something on the net rather than at a store because its easier. Less hassle. and they always know its availiable and they dont have to wait to see if it comes in on the next truck. They want it now, not when RS decides to stock it.

I can see a buck or 2

I can see making a little profit but 3 times what it is worth that ia bs . How would you feel if your little bro or sis bought one of these? I think you would be peeved. This is just wrong. I cannot believe everyone here is thinking it is okay to screw people. That is greed and greed is bad.

Jofir 01-02-2004 12:32 PM

Actually, Id prob smack my little bro or sis upside the head and tell them they are stupid for not asking me first!!!! LOL

Heck I even have friends now that do research online before they even purchase things locally retail now. If they find it cheaper with S/H? or the same price but with many more choices, then great. If anyone pays way too much for something, well hey, thats there prob. They were born with a brain...If its still in good working order, then use it! At least thats my opinion. OOOPs! Oh Yeah, I'm not opinionated....HEHEHE

I know you may agree with him but read this

This is what I wrote him...

How many command logic kits do you get for your price? Just wondering
why people want to screw others when you can buy them all day long for
6.99 at radio shack. And 5.00 shipping i cannot believe they let people
like you on ebay.

This was his reply.....

I'm kinda curious as to why you're so damn bored you're wasting your
time harassing people on eBay...These kits are sold out in many
locations and if people are willing to pay to obtain them who the hell
am I to say no?? Frankly, many of the auctions on eBay right now have
the product package clearly displayed with the price visible and the
auctions are reaching well over store price. If you had any literary
skills you could have read my auction and easily come to the conclusion
that there is only one item per auction, however you decided to just
email me with an ignorant question in hopes of satisfying some
underlying intelligence issue where you have proven something that is
quite obvious to someone who could clearly give a rats ass less. I am
quite aware that these lights cost 7.99, but for some reason when I list
them for $15 people buy them. Kinda like a Nissan Skyline that sold
stock for $91, I didn't make the people bid on the damn thing, they took
matters into their own hands in what is typically called an auction
scenario. Either people want to pay the price or they don't, either it's
worth it or it's not. If I listed the stupid things for $100 would you
still have emailed me? No one would bid, big deal. I listed them for $15
and people bid, move on. Quite frankly, you're lucky I didn't send a
Trojan along with this email and wipe your whole life out just for
wasting my f@#kin time. I would take this warning to heart mister eBay
police guy, mind your own g#d damn business and let business remain
business. If you don't want to pay the fifteen dollars for the lights,
then good move man, but why take you precious time to basically email me
and let me know that you know. First impressions are a b#tch, and yours
has led me to believe that you're in a dead end job living with your
crippled mom wishing you could make a difference in the world.
Unfortunately, this is not your day soldier. Carry on.

theMonster 01-02-2004 06:25 PM

geez

What a jackhole. I can't believe his feedback rating is so high. Report his arse to ebay and send them that e-mail. Tell e-bay that you felt "threatened" by his reply and they'll give him the royal steel-toe to the buttox.

Don't lose faith. I just bought a new watch on ebay for half-price of what any-of the online stores sold it for.
