Testors Custom Decal
 

I just got my Testors Sure Thing Custom Decal Standard Kit, you can import images to make into decals. I am looking for good, clean side graphics from the Fast and the Furious cars so I can make decals for my XMODS cars. Can anyone tell me where I can download, or copy some images off the web?

But nothing with just a good, clean graphic. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

i have this too, i'm displaced with the fact that u have to buy more cds in order to get better graphix it makes me mad.

hey im in the process of making my own decals.. i went to ( http://motorsportsdecals.tripod.com/...savailable.htm )and they have like 1000 decals, and ive seen all the decals from the fast and the furious, just browse under import decals... for me, i copied the picture to photoshop and croped out the car that the decal is on, then printed the image at the right size ( the color dosent matter because i want to paint on my decals with a stencel.. it comes out more realistic)

btw heres my setup for the body
metalic black main color
Gloss
Chrome rims (paint on)
gunmetal flames (on the doors) and gunmetal lightning (along the hood and roof) and a gunmetal icon (on the roof) i want to make disk brakes so for now ill print out the disks on glossy paper and slip that in (until i have a real set) and im also gunna stuff the picture of the supra's engine (from the fast and the furious, but recolored to match the car) and o yea im gunna have a wind sheild banner "Custom 3ngineered" and on the back glass "Fear This" and the licence plate "MNIZ KLR"
i should have pix up soon (gotta finish and dry)

I could e-mail you a copy of decals from Paul walkers eclispe. If interested give me email info. I set my printer up and used the paper from the testers decal program work great for me.

hey um you know all you have to do to get the decals working is find the logo/image you desire off the internet and forget about that crappy cd they give you and use the layout size for your sheet of paper that they have in the program from testors and then open up Microsoft Word and make the paper size the same as the testors program. Make you layout within the correct paper size and print out a test sheet on regular paper to see how it turns out. Make shure it's a laserjet printer and after you have made you decals use that bottle of decal bonder spray on you decals to make for better adhersion to the paint and then just shoot the clearcoat on the car once, twice, three times if desired and wolla your now the proud owner of a great Xmod.

These things may look cool but they come off really easy. So they are mainly just for show cars.

couple of layers of clear coat should keep them on OK

How much paper does it come with? and can u get more?
