Serious help needed.
 

I swithced the rear gear to blue and took out the driveshaft to look at. Now the motor doesnt even reach the mounts

Did you also switch the motor to match the gear? I assume you did but I have to ask.

yup

Driveshaft probably isn't seated properly in the gear(s). Give it a turn or two and see if it goes in further...

yep it's probably the shaft it can take a bit of wiggeling to get it back together just right.

there is a hole in the front that the shaft has to fit through also u guys no the little ring on the rear assembly that holds the
shaft? well i cant find mine do u really need it?

the yellow thing in the rear part was on backwards.
