something strabge about my new xmod (not broken)really wierd!!!
 

i bought my xmod yesterday and while i was there my dad noticed the one i had in my hand had a blue sticker on the motor and all the other ones had a white on it still has the specs like the white motor but its blue i dont know



has anybody else hed this or something similar.post



p.s. mine frickin hauls,no mods right now dont have any money but its almost christmas but it so fast

did the box look like it could have been opened when you bought it. does the sticker say stage 1 or stage 2?

it said stage one and it was sealed perfect like all the others

man, thats weird. must have been a facory mess up.

think its a faster motor than stock?isnt it the drift motor?

no its not the drift. it comes with the drift stock (white). the one you got was the s1 top speed motor.(blue)

no its stock stage1 drift, IDK why the color is aqua, ur not alone my friend jst got his and I noticed it too, it mybe some kind of production error, but who knoes... o yea, what XMOD did u get? he got the skyline

i have the skyline to but not all of them had it wierd though huh

i love mine i need rechargeables though i only had enough money for 8 dollar store batts my mom sending me 20 bucks though so ill buy rechargeables and paint or one hop up

Yeah that is kinda weird.

You seem like your pretty happy with performance right now if i were you i would check out the Light kit it's really bright and cheap $$ just a suggestion:)

well my stock motor had a blue lable on it and i am gussing that it is the new style chasse.

my skyline also came with a blue stage1, 8 tooth,
26k motor, white gear .i got it 3 days before xmods
were even released in the stores(friend works at rs)
...i also thought it was strange....??:confused: by the way it
hauls ass.....and not one problem with it yet...(knock on wood):D

I got an RSX and it had a white(gray?) stage 1 motor, 8 tooth, 26k and it was all stock. It has the exact same specs as one of the stage 1 motor upgrade motors. It was kinda wierd, but hey, it's cool.

My Skyline is the first Generation, and it also has a blue sticker on it, I think its the same as all of the other stock motors, just a different color.

the sticker color is to identify the body that goes with what chassis at the factory. i think. the only other way to tell the difference it to look at the front tab or read the bottom of the front tab.

the chassis are all the same you can switch bodies its just the length of the wheel base is what you would have to change
