A problem with my mini-x RX and TX
 

Ok here is my problem.

My RX's green light just constantly blinks and won't go into setup. I got it to work once for about 30 seconds then it had this problem again. My xtals are in the correct places and such. Gfunk has been trying to help me, but we can't figure out what is wrong. Any ideas? Could it just be very bad interference, I get the same problem all the way down my block. The night I get my mini-x it doesnt work figures....
