Paint Skyline
 

bbgtr I'm getting a skyline and I want to have an awesome paint job. Here's what I was thinking:

Wild Body Kit

shiny silver front end, then fades to black

flame graphics that fade from blue to lime green where the silver fades to black

I want opinions on this! Do you think this be sweet? If not I need suggestions! All my friends have rilly bad-looking cars compared to my Supra (O yea!:p ) but I want this to blow their socks off!!

yeah that would look good. just make the flames look really good(better than mine because i dont like my flame style now that i look at it:rolleyes: )

yeah, it's cool, but the flames could be lookin better. I'm gonna use the Xmods Graphics set flames. bbgtr

yeah i like that about it!! i am going to paint some more bodys when i get them(cmas) and they will not have custom graphics on them unless i find somehing that i really like. i am searching for a sign shop to do my decals for me.(looks really nice) i will do a fade or slight fade on my next ones.


ohh yeah... if you do a fade use an airbrush. i have found spray paint tends to spray unevenly.(meaning that there are small drops and big drops)

dude I only got spray and I only want spray. No airbrush 4 me. Did ya hear ab/t the Testors Water-slide decals? $5 at Walmart. Make yur decals on the computer, then print 'em on water-slide paper. for $10-15 more you can put on your own pics for decals. You got to have inkjet, tho.
Did ya see my NOS idea under "parts i'd(not me) like to see" in parts and hop-ups? bbgtr

i liked the electronic NOS idea! my airbrush is only $26 and it is good quility(not testors) what decals do they have in the kit?? i will probley go with a racing sceame from one of my old modles.

mabye high quality spray paint will be better than the krylon and testors i used?

dude I don't know wat decals r in it, but its sweet. go to testors.com and serch, I'll try to find where the link to it is. I'm gonna get rilly high quality paint like super duper gloss , ya no? stay tuned, I'll have da link(or website) soon
