Startkit speed
 

How fast is the zipzap car startkit right out of the box? I heard
about the F&F kit but it's expensive...

what i'm getting into

well its fun stock for about 2 charges and then its slow if 13 bucks is to much get the 9 dollar kit cause it has some gears i went back to the shaq 30 minutes after i bought mine and got another and every upgrade they had buy it and save up to get the up grades ive heard people like that stock motor with different gearing

On zipzaps website, they say the starterkit comes with
a 10k rmp motor but on the radioshack website, it's 16k rmp
Can anyone clear this up?

It's RPM btw. and radioshack is correct. They come with a 16,000 rpm motor. but it's not all that fast. Great for technical tracks like mine at home but if your just playing around on a table or kitchen floor it'll seem slow.

On a side note I need to get a digital cam and get some pics of my cars, track, and entry for the "worst" contest. mine is starting to look like a real life accident scene. . . lol Although I wish I wouldn't have tryed to lower my mustang. :(

stock out of the box the motor is a 16k hope that helps any more ?feel free to ask and go get it you wont regret it
