I noticed multiple holes in the bottom of the rear chassis. This must be for rear stretching of the chassis to fit the longer bodies. I also noticed form pics that some cars have longer and different height front lips, you know the one that slides into the front of the body.
So maybe you need the proper front lip as well as the rear chassis holes to make it fit right. Or the rear part of the car could be different for some of the cars too. A good way to find out would be to measure the driveshaft length of the car. Shorter chassis would need a shorter driveshaft to ensure proper fit of the awd kit.
Maybe a chart of this would lead to knwoing what can fit. I'm going to try to remeber to take my car to work this week and take a micrometer to the axle to get an exact measurement of it with all gears removed.
