Where does everybody get the animate avatars?

ok dude all you gotta do is find your self a program that allows you to make an animated gif file photoshop and flash are two biggies that come to mind but there are lots out there.... if you want one off badassbuddie all you gotta do is right click it and select save picture as, find where you wanna save it too and name it something you won't forget also make sure it's saving as a .gif not as a .bmp then where you select to upload your avatar in the user cp you just point yourself to that file and click ok..... it's that easy....:D
