Buying one soon

I am going to buy a Skyline XMod this week and I was wondering what would be the best upgrades (at first) for me. Mostly will use it in the house and on concrete. (smooth) I won't be racing either, except the cat.:D

Plus is there anyone besides BC that is close to my age? (33)

Its not really an upgrade, but you will need good rechargeable batteries. If your just going to be runing your xmod around the house and scaring the cat the the RS ones will be fine. If you want to get better proformance out of your car and you want a real fast charge time the rayovac I-C3's are the way to go.

I'm 29. Please see my Energizer Thread about batteries. Alkelines will tick you off due to short run times. Then get the stage two and tire upgrade. With the stock tires, at speed and in a turn, they will actually baloon off the rim. The hard tire will not do this. They seem slick at first, but after about 30 min of run time they will grip nicely on concreate. Indoors on Lenolium, the softer rubber will probably be your best bet.
Next get the berrings. They require cleaning often but I don't mind doing this. Takes about an hour to clean my car thouroughly. Lots of the guys here at work race and once you start, you won't want to stop.
