masking tape
 

well i painted my car and the masking tape adhesive stuck to the windows and some of the paint seaped onto the windows, what is the best way to remove the adhesive w/out taking the paint off???

Try this: place masking tape over the residue and press it down. Then slowly remove the tape and hopefully the sticky mess will come off.

ok will try that

I just lay the masking tape down well, then I take it off very slowly.
