Very strange problem with Batteries
 

Okay this is happening to my friends Red Supra Xmod at first it was acting very strang so he gave it to me to look at. I did the normal MX on it took everything apart cleaned it up really good then hooked it all back up and it was running fine so I turned it off the car was cool then I picked it back up and the Batteries were extremly hot and the car had been turned off for more then 5 minutes this is very odd the Batteries got so hot the coils shrunk really small and the Batteries barely hold in there now. Any sugestions at all Pros?

Are the batteries in the rearmost slot? If so, they may have made contact with the heatsink and caused a short.

Wow Murcielago659 I told him what you said and sure enough that was the problem he moved it and everything is working great again man thats awsome see thats what these fourms are all about you made one guy really happy today again heres my thanks from him thank you.

Thank my brother (dragon4450) as well, his car did the exact same thing and that's how I know this can happen.
