How To Fix The Stuttering problem
 

Ok for those of you that their car stutters and its not a bettery problem get a washer that is like half the size of the wheel and cut a slit so it can slide on things. then take the washer and put it between the diferential and the body. run the car for about 5 minutes and take it out and it should be fine. (note its worked for 2 people)
