My Baby Is Hurt!!!!! Nooooo

I was driving my car in front of my friends house in the street, and i pulled a sharp turn, the car toppled! It has light scratching on the window and roof. What should i do! I'm so tempted to repackage and return it for a new one, but it frankly isn't worth it for something so small. I'm just so nitpicky about the body being perfect...anyone wanna send me a body!? :P

Bad Company 10-19-2003 10:15 PM

Sorry to hear that.

I know how you feel about being nit-picky, but I've already made my mind up that I'm gonna play with my car, and it's only a matter of time before it's gets some wear and tear.

You could go on worrying about that kind of stuff, and not have fun with your car, and let it sit on your shelf and collect dust, or you can just shrug it off and race that puppy. If it bothers you that much, then by all means take it back, but are you going to do that everytime it gets a scratch?

You wanna play, you're gonna pay.....If you want to go fast.

ive done that same thing a couple of times and i just rub it off of the body. it should work unless its really bad

slugbugg 10-19-2003 10:26 PM

Well you should just run it and have fun for a while then when it starts looking really bad get some body putty, fill in and smooth out the scratches and paint it then it will be like new again.

TypeZer0 10-19-2003 10:45 PM

i got a couple of scratches here and there and a scrape on the bumper of my red supra right below the passenger side headlight from when it slid on carpet and banged into the leg of my coffee table

bobcat 10-19-2003 10:54 PM

would they really exchange it if you banged it up?

Micro S2000 10-19-2003 10:56 PM

i say suck it up, i've rolled mine a few times and its all part of the game. also on my skyline the skratches dont show up unless your ontop of it

CarlsV6 10-19-2003 11:02 PM

Unless you want your car to be a show queen, don't worry about it, the point of these things is to have fun. We run them up and down the hall in my dorm and they get run into everything, once mine gets to a certain point I'll prlly put a fake donut on the door, some road rash, make it look authentic, wish they made some nascar bodies for them....

:D lol.......same thing wid me......since i scratched my Skyline on the front bumper sides a lot :( but hey, im going to pick up the body kit tomorrow so it won't matter

viperkilla 10-27-2003 02:50 PM

Yup my skyline's bumper is sratched up pretty badly so I got the body kit and used the other bumpers.

aperson 10-27-2003 03:33 PM

Testors Black Gloss brush on paint mateches the bumper on the skyline perfectly

KRZY1 10-31-2003 03:36 PM

I have a real car to worry about getting scratchs on. No really I rolled mine twice last night the first night I had it. It was in my parking lot and it hit a small bump/crack and rolled while turning. Oh well... I am trying to not mess it up but am not going to baby it like a real car.

Aquarius 10-31-2003 07:16 PM

man if I posted everytime my car got a ding well I would have more posts then BC. Lets see what my car is like;
Both Mirrors Gone
Long Black Stripes Down Side of Car(Multiply ones)
Very Bad Front Bumper
Bent Antenna
Scuffs On Roof(Rollovers:D )
And Many More Its so bad in some places you would think I tryed removing the orginal paint.

Anyone got a Supra Body and front clip thing to me? I got money and parts.

neurokinetik 10-31-2003 07:56 PM
