my belief about full size wheel mods.

Just looking thru the forum and playing a couple of racing games. I thought maybe the smaller wheel is there to shift weight to the front for better handling? What do u guys think? cause if the front tires are smaller they'd carry more weight.

The size of wheels has nothing to do with weight distribution. It has to do with center of mass, and suspension spring tension, which is not applicable to bit char-g's anyway.

Actually the smaller wheel size helps with handling so I would reccomend not to do the full size wheel mod

Cool, I wasn't gonna do one anyways, I mean it kinda makes sense if u think about it, because of the softer (ACTUAL) suspension in the front it carries more weight it's like bringing up a bed and when your on the stairs the bottom person has the heavier load.

Good example, but it wouldn't be as dramatic of a weight shift as going up stairs. It'd be more like if one person was standing on the street and the other person stepped up onto the curb. I don't think the difference in wheel size has a very noticeable effect on weight distribution. Some cars, like Zip Zaps, use the same size wheels all around and handle just fine.

It's true that more weight in the front could help steering, but if you lose a little there, the only thing that happens is the front tires slip a little and you get wider turns. The weight in the back is more important, since if the back wheels slip you're more likely to spin out.

If you're looking to improve performance and reduce slipping in the front and back, the best thing to do is increase the wheel width. You can do the pullback tire mod, or the alloy wheel mod. Go post an order in the group buy. :)

I have yet to see a difference between handling characteristics between the stock front wheels and full size wheel mods. (but that's just me)
