are they the same ones people use for the laymans duel cell mod

if they are how much would shipping be to canada (lower just by niagra falls)

i orded stuff and used US ground shipping before

Not sure if they are the same, i bought them for the TTTT projects. Not even sure of their MAH rating to be honest.

Shipping to Cananda would be an extra $3 dollars.
