you were banned (grounded) for 1 week.
afterwhich, I told you your account would be back active, but only as long as you made a clarification post (referring to the post that explained why you got banned in the first place).
I told you at least 5 seperate times that you would have to make a post explaining the situation so that all the other users could make their own judgement on your situation (was it you or a your "ex-friend" that tried to rip off ezenterprises?).

As everyone can see, you never made that post to clarify your situation or even remotely try to explain the situation to all the other users.

So with that, you failed to meet the requirements you and I both agreed upon, hence your account is still not active.
