nimh battery placement....is there a right or wrong way?
 

umm...this may sound weerd, but ive had my nimh for some time now, but it seems to only do about 10 minute runs even when i double charge it...
im not sure if i should turn it slightly around or flip it...
mines a teal color, and it has this metal tab on one of the ends....i kinda just put it in hoping it to work, and it did...but not as long as i expected...

so is there a certain way the battery should go?

and oh yeah ive done what QFM said about pulling the tab slightly out to make it fit...
should i just try to take out my battery, and just put it back in..haha jeez i shoulda tried that..

Ummmm, 10 minute runs? Exactly how is that bad???

Anyway, runtime is largely influenced by load on the Motor. You can try different Motors and Gear ratios to try and extend runtime as well.

10 minutes isnt bad...it just goes really slow after that...
hmm..maybe my front lip and my rear diffuiser is heavy...not sure
