Buying Mosfets

Where is the best/cheapest place to buy Mosfets?

I just ordered some from "www.digikey.com". They are about 50 cents for one. I'm not sure if you can find the exact part through their web site, but they have a phone number listed that you can call, and the costumer service is very good. Very helpfull people.

Hey charliebrown, I didn't see the part number listed on there. Are you sure that's where you get it from?

Ok, thanks. That's a different number than what's listed on the mosfet site.

yeah but they are still cheap.

Murcielago659 08-04-2003 01:20 AM

I didn't say they weren't cheap. BTW, you have to buy 8 of them at that price. But still, $.16 is WAY cheap, and you can do two of them.

SkyLiNEz MK-V 08-04-2003 01:33 AM

yeah, but the more the merrier!
