Pleez Help A.s.a.p!!!!

ok, i got my tiny rc package today andodered the Bitchar-G 3.8 motor. i put it in the chassis of my microsizer and reattatched the heatsink. then i charged it and when i took it off the charger, it ran but it was making this horrible high pitched squeaking noise!!! can someone please tell me what is wrong with my motor?

Well, the only thing it could possibly be is friction somewhere. It sounds like a good motor though, if it's pushing so hard it will squeel. So don't keep running it that way, because that one should be takin care of.

First check to make sure the pinion gear isn't getting stuck or something. Are there any other symptoms? Does it go fast, slow, normal, slow start, fast start?

As for most problems with a motor you can always try loob. I use some oil that was made for bicycle joints and stuff. You have to be a little careful about the loob you pick up, because some types attract dirt and dust, like WD-40. WD-40 will make a mess of the inside because it picks up all kinds of trash. Other loobs will repel dust and stuff.

Just loob up the gears and the motor. You can hit the front knuckles while you're at it. Just don't get it on the tires (obviously). Try to get some between the pinion gear and the motor. It will take anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes to really kick in, but it might be all your motor needs.

Hope this helps. Motors are a little tough, cause some are just bums.

Also, one more thing. Check all the gears and the place where the gears touch the chassis. This stuff is all factory made, so there might be inconsistancies, like a tiny piece of plastic rubbing on a gear or something. Shave/file down all ruff areas.

I just read your other post about the different gears and stuff.

Definitely sounds like the motor. If the pinion gear is loose, it might make a high pitch noise.

If the pinion gear is ok, then try the loob. You may have some in the house and not even know it. Some electric razors and other like minded electronics come with it.

if your motor sounds like this
then it's your motor.

yeah, CaboWabo, it souns like that but it has an even higher pitch than that. and is turning the stock gears slower than my 2.2 motor.

it's the motor - I did a little test on the one you heard in that video, I forced it to run hoping it would free itself, but no go.
it actually seized itself and burnt or broke the brushes inside - there's no hope, the motor is trashed.

GOD F***ING DAMN IT!!! I WILL NEVER ever ever buy another motor that has the name "Bitchar-G" on it ever again!! to everyone out there: DONT BUY EM!!

Hey, you problably just got a bad motor, I've had plenty of people own those motors and say they're plenty fast. Just send it back to TRC and they'll replace it. Also, high performance motors sometimes require you to break them in before running. Just search for Breaking In Motors.
