Problem With Bit Char-G??

hey i have a problem with my bit char-g since i have bin custiomizing and all i have ran into this problem my axele will start 2 skip gears because from me take the axle in and out so much it has wore the clips away is there anything i can do below iis what is on my car

You can use the plastic tube from a Qtip to help fill it in.
