What to do?

Problem: I want a Combat Digi-Q

Possible Solutions:

1.Buy one now, without controllable turret, and have fun.
2.Buy one now, without controllable turret, scrape out the techs with a spoon and try to scratchbuild a Metal Slug around them.
3.Wait for the ones with controllable turrets.

So, what should i do?

I wish i could design stuff like that, but Metal Slug is from the Metal Slug video-game series for the NeoGeo (2d side-scroller, most of the time you run around, but occasionally there is a vehicle to get in). I figured with it's somewhat cartoony style and the non-rotatable turret it would be perfect for a Custom Digi-Q, it should even be possible to fit the battle LED into the large main Barrel, and besides it's my favorite fictional tank.

And i should be able to get a Type 90 from HLJ for under 65€(somewhat above 70 US$ i think) with the fast and insured shipping.

I think you should get the Controllable turret clones. http://www.firebox.com/index.html?di...roduct&pid=557 They are much cheaper so you don't have to worry about messing up, and they're out now!

Meh, but those arent Digi-Q, and none of the clones i've seen so far have fully proportianal control, wich is an absolute must IMO.

Well, from what I heard the controllable turrets come out in September it's only 2 months! so maybe you should wait. You'd hate to get stuck with a defective clone.
