esc amp question
 

does anyone know if the the stock v.2 esc is 8amps for forward or 8amps as in 4amps forward and 4amp backwards. i have havin trouble with a few motors. with one motor if i go full throttle it will get stuck at full speed and i have no control. could just be the reciever not gettin enough power but i want to make sure the esc is ok.
