My new Tyco R/C
I just bought a Tyco Eliminator from my friend a while ago, and I payed 5 bucks for it. The suspension in the rear was gone, one of the tires was loose, the controller had no antenna, and the forward/reverse control was broken. He has another car, same brand, but he doesn't wanna sell it to me, I wanted to trade him and give him 5 bucks for it, but he said no. What I really started this thread for is that I need more range. It has the crappiest range in the world, about 5 feet. It can go... Fast... Really fast, but I can't use that speed because the cheap ass controller blows on range. I already replaced the antenna holder and put my own antenna in from another car, but that didn't help much. On the inside of the car, I replaced that wire that runs from the chip to the antenna connection with a copper wire, I tried to use a really long stretched out spring for the car antenna, nothing seems to work. I need your guys' help with this. I need more range! I can't even drive the car accross my road :mad: If you want pics of the car or anything, I'll take some.
