Extra bits with bodies

When you buy a clear body to paint, what are the plastic bits in the blister pack for and does any body use them????

the one with no rollers is for the front of a bit RACER, the damper is for a bit racer(or for dual battery mod), and that long thing is a tool set.

i like the tool set alot cuz its good for removing the heat sink and the motor gear
