I have just finished my latest projects. One is a '57 Chevy mounted on a stetched MS with dual battery to make up for the weight of the metal body. The other is a '69 Dodge Charger mounted on a ZZ with MS pcb, with three batteries. The cars work perfect, but are a little slower due to the diecast metal body. So what do you guys think?

isk8blind 02-09-2003 09:33 PM

KurtCaBang 02-09-2003 10:24 PM

I also have two '55 Chevy's and a '71 GTO. I'll have pics up soon. Thanks a lot for the compliments! I't took a long time, and several headaches. I'm new to the forum, but have been reading posts for awhile now. This place is awsome! Everyone keep up the good work.

sessiz10 02-09-2003 11:01 PM

Very nice. I like your choice of cars.

shanefitzfck 02-09-2003 11:14 PM

Those are some kick ass lookin cars, how did u get or make them?

shanefitzfck 02-09-2003 11:20 PM

I would love to have some cars like that! Would u sell them? I have never seen any that looked so real and ****in awesome!!!!
Those are MEAN looking!!!!!!!!!

KurtCaBang 02-09-2003 11:28 PM

I might be able to make a few more, but there's a lot of time and money in it. It takes several hours to get right. If your willing to pay, I'm willing to build. Thanks again for the kind words:)

WOW those are so sweet

chelboed 02-09-2003 11:47 PM

I'm an old mopar fanatic, I used to have a '71 Roadrunner with a 440 4 speed 3:91 posi trac, and smoked many '57 chevy's. But hey, I love all those old muscle cars.

too bad they're so heavy, but they look great

Ya know, I'll bet you could find a plastic slot car body or something.

Fourustwentius 02-09-2003 11:52 PM

Does it turn like $hit? Just like real muscle cars. Let me apologize in advance to avoid all the drama. But people are always comin' in the Import forums and talkin trash.

shanefitzfck 02-09-2003 11:53 PM

Money is no object for me! i will pay up to $75.00 per car.
Can u build them and sell them for that? Are they micro sizers,
because that is i that i like.

shanefitzfck 02-09-2003 11:58 PM

Oh yeah i forgot to ask u are the real slow or what? i would like to see a 55 nomad as well!

KurtCaBang 02-10-2003 12:04 AM

I could build you one for that I believe. I also have a '55 Nomad, I'll try and get some more pics up. I seem to be having problems, posting more. The cars are very fast with certain motors. They are very durable and will not fall apart. Of course they are not as fast as a comparable three cell plastic body, but are much faster than a stock zip or ms.

shanefitzfck 02-10-2003 12:15 AM

I cant wait 2 see the nomad, but i am very interested in buying
them! I'll say it again those are the BEST LOOKING MICROSIZERS
I HAVE EVER SEE!!! YOU DO AWESOME ****ING WORK MAN! KEEP
IT UP! I will give u my e-mail if u r serious about selling.

MTL 02-10-2003 12:35 AM

arent those the MuscleCars bodies that are $3?

shanefitzfck 02-10-2003 12:50 AM

Who cares what the body costs, its the fact that they are AMERICAN HOT RODS on microsizers!!!!I think they are ****ING awesome!!!!**** all the other bodies!

MTL 02-10-2003 12:57 AM

well i think cost matters...if you are willing to pay $75 for a toy that cost $3 that you have to modify...you are either just lazy, dont have the tools, or stupid

shanefitzfck 02-10-2003 01:29 AM

Hello dumbass i did not know that microsizers were just $3. I think it would cost more than that to build one, not to mention
TIME IS MONEY!!!U stupid mother ****er!

The body's might cost that ,but what about the microsizer that the body is on. U must be a stupid ****er! Most microsizer are $19.99-$29.99. DONT FORGET THE TIME THAT IT WOULD TAKE TO MODIFY IT! TIME is MONEY! Anyway they still look BAD ASS!!!!!

MTL 02-10-2003 02:33 AM

personally, I think your out of line MTL....... Not everyone has the time, money or knowledge for that matter to sit down and extend the chassis of a mini rc.......

Habbi 02-10-2003 08:16 AM

:) Sweet Job!! Do you think there would be any benifit from grinding off osme of the interior metal with a dremmel? Or too much work for too little gain? It's gotta be great to drive around a Matchbox car, but any ideas on the weight probelm?

KurtCaBang 02-10-2003 10:19 AM

They are a little heavier, but not really heavy enough to slow it down that much. They are still plenty fast enough to flip over. Yes, I believe dremeling out some more of the underbody would help, but there's really no need.

If racing against a regular bit or zip, then these cars have a tremendous advantage. They handle excellent, and are heavy enough to push other cars around......he he!

Thanks everyone for the thumbs up!

denden 02-10-2003 04:52 PM

Outstanding !! I likes , I likes !!!
Almost finished my Vw Buses .
Will post soon .

jei$ 02-10-2003 07:44 PM

its 4 barrrel u think i should slap mah uncles 440 in it?
THE coolest thing about it is guess

THE HORN!!!!!!! it goes beep beep just like the cartoon!!!

noxorc 02-11-2003 07:13 AM

FORD and nothing after '72

I don't want to turn this into a muscle war, like back in HighSchool.

But a '70 Fastback Mustang with a 302 Boss, would be my choice.

Nice Job you did there! My mopar friends would like one!

....cars look great could you get same results on a 55 caddy convertable?...

KurtCaBang 02-12-2003 04:40 PM

I'm not sure if it would or not. A friend of mine has a new camaro convertible body on a stretched ms, I would think it would be about the same. The camaro looks really cool! I'd go for it if I were you! I think you'll like it.

The other cars are a '55 Chevy and a '71 GTO midget man.

hogjowlz 02-12-2003 04:47 PM

yo. can you put up some pics of the chassis? what did you use to extend it with?

midget_man1387 02-12-2003 05:12 PM

awww, man, i got my hopes up, lol
