Yeah, the red 350Z body looks really weak. That body style needs to be a dark color like black or charcoal grey. The grey/silver it comes in w/the booster set is great. I just got mine today and the only aesthetics I plan on doing is painting the wheels black. Black wheels rule (either flat or glossy). I do like the orange Supra though.:D

I'm going to rip out the back end of that Beetle body, put another battery back there, then paint it to look like those old Baja competition VW Bugs of the early 80's.

Anyone else remember those things?

if I wanted an orange supra I would have bought the FNF Zip. I agree, the red 350z doesn't look to hot should have been black. No silver for the 350z please as it makes my original tomy 350z more exotic and hard to get. At least there is a clear body to paint it any color you want.

Definently gonna pick up the R34, Supra, and 350Z (just so i can paint the other one. True the 350 doesn't look to hot, kinda looks like a Celica......

Does anyone know how to use these stupid points? I have about 400 something points and they are useless so far.

You know what would be hilarious...... a Beetle Bit with 2 cells [the second inside the body, if it fits] and painted in hippe colours!!

I dunno, I really like the Skyline, looks sort of like a Zexel without the decals. The red 350Z is ugly, I concur with those above me.

The Supra, in my opinion, looks too bulgy. What are intended to be fine body lines in the kit are bulbous and look sort of cheesy.

I think they all look good, the colors are off on a few but that's what paint is for, I'll be picking up the Supra and thr RX-7

Oh, and all the bodies but the 350Z look really cool. I don't really think the Supra looks like an FNF one, infact the orange looks pretty good. Good job, Hobbico!

Actually now that i think about it, hippy colors and all..... Someone should make an "Austin Powers" Set.... all the cars featured in the three movies, painted as authentically as possible, heh.

Re-release the Celice and RX-7 w/ only different colors, what a waste. They should have released the AE86 (probably under the Corolla GT-S name), NSX or R32.

I gotta agree with most of you guys, the Red 350Z and orange Supra was WEIRD. But I believe they wanted that Fast and Furious look on the Supra.

The AE86 was never big here in america, no one really follows it here, nor did they do alot of import of the AE86 model. Hobbico knows there would be only small want of a white/black 80's car (not to offend but this is what the rest of the world thinks about the AE86 styling). Sorry guys its all about marketing and profits, not making 1 board happy....

I second the request for the AE86 body, although I think that the red 350 looks sweet. There is a red 350 in my 'hood and it look sweet. Not to mention my Nissan is red.

I smell many mods with that new beetle. Only thing about the 350z in red is the paint looks thick in that picture, like my wrx in white. It seesm to take away from the nice lines on there 350 bod which is superb in stock silver.That beetle is going to be the best bod ever tho, I bet it returns to its wheels when it flips like my old monster beetle~ I want a see a dune buggy conversion tyedye or want a beetle bod mod to fit my wild -g~ They need to redo the wrx bodies..nothing else matters.......

The funny thing about the new beetle body is that it looks pretty much proportional, since the actual car *already* looks like a bit. :D
I'm way into the beetle body and the the 350, and I definitely want the nerd-speed racing Dome. The beetle and the 350 may both require painting .... hmmmm. I'd rather just get a silver 350 body and simplify my life, though.
I'm impatient, I can't wait so long for these to come out.

I saw that link someone posted to the clones on ebay with the Mini Cooper bodies. If I hadn't just spent $50 on stuff from toyeast (Wtf is wrong with me), I'd be grabbing one for the body. People should snap those up and start painting and modding!

Wow, 6.30-7.20 each, nearly double the real retail, but of course its hard to find any that are cheaper. I got mine off eBay all 6 sets for 36 including shipping, plus its in California :D.

The RX-8 will probably be done i bet. it has decent lines for it, it might be hard to shrink it to bit scale though.

off to the mall today...:D to get some cars to play with...hum..the skyline, the rx-7, the supra, and the 350z....:D i need some more color changing paint...off to walmart too:D

where would I be able to get all these new bodies? I looked a tower hobbies, and thay dont get the bodies until march or april. I DONT WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG!!!and no, I dont want to buy a Bitchar-g with the same body for 20 bux more. I WANT THESE CARS!!!!

No problem, I love the 350Z body. It represents well in Bit form. Just not painted glossy red. It would look good in metallic brugandy, blue, black, or any other dark color.:D
