$5.99 Nakamichi Racer!!
 

Apart from my other great deal I got today http://www.tinyrc.com/forums/showthr...&threadid=7664 I got a Nakamichi Racer from Wal Mart for $7.23! Well does anyone know what I can use this for? I.E. Parts? I have a Nissan Fairlady Z.

SWEEET Dude can you pick one up for me? I'll pay $10 shipped. They are most commonly used for their rims, but they can also be used as parts cars, being fitted with NiMh batteries.

i have 2 of the trucks. they're pretty fast on turbo, but they look alot better with full size rims. i've got kit rims on my silver 1, and ms rims on my red 1. they handle great with full size rims.

So what did you do with the nakamichi rims? Do you wanna sell them? At least the front ones.

What the heck is a Nakamichi racer? I'm assuming it's another clone because the only other nakamichi I own is an audio cassette deck!

The body will not fit a bit. The only good thing the nakamichi is good for is to run it or when it breaks to take it's rims and use it on your car like this

The wheels fit exactly on a Bit, and yep, that body is a Lancer...just w/o a spoiler!;)

Well, they do sell wires...but only in bulk. I got 25ft or so of 24awg solid cable in 4 colors for $6CDN.

Who would have thought that an electronics store would well WIRE? WOW!

Are they still on the axle? I purchased a set from someone and when they removed the back wheels they broke the spacer off the back rims and now they are pretty much worthless...:(

these are fine. i have 1 set all original, and 1 set i changed the gear and stripped the paint off to see if i could make them chrome. they're black w/o paint so i left em like that. they all work fine.

I'll give ya $2 for the modified ones. I may be willing to go higher.

Oh LOL nevermind, I saw you're asking "price". For a set of Naka rims, I don't care which one of your sets, I'll give you a Clear Celica body.

No news yet. My friends sister works at Wal Mart and I told her to get me about 6 to 10 of them when they ship in. I will go tomorrow and check it out.

cool. i'll send ya the modded 1's, the gear is actually better than the original. i only stripped the rear wheels, so you can either repaint them silver or strip the front to match. i used pinesol, worked good. let me know.
