Namuna 12-12-2002 12:14 PM

I'd LOVE to see a Ren & Stimpy body kit!

Azimov 12-12-2002 12:14 PM

I've seen the porsche body set already. Two porsches one red (like the original), one black and some hub caps. There is also a new beetle body coming around February. I don't know about any new chassis parts, but am looking forward to them if they are coming.

aero 12-12-2002 12:22 PM

I wanna see them redo their RX-7 3rd Gen. body! IT definetly doesn't look like an RX-7. the Bit RX-7 is much better, but the front of the Zip RX-7 is totally wrong! :(

I wanna see all three generations bodies.

NAVY1 12-12-2002 02:11 PM

hogjowlz 12-12-2002 04:49 PM

a stimpy car would rule. they could make the rubber nipplesalesmen truck. id have to buy another one just for that.

BigPimpin 12-12-2002 05:08 PM

this is going to turn out like AFX but like 10x bigger

Azimov 12-12-2002 05:40 PM

Yup, micros are already bigger than AFX in Japan. No reason to think it won't be so here as well.
And, I'd like to see some American classics produced as Zips. Roadrunners, Cudas, Challengers, Mustang fast backs and Mach 1s, Camaros and Vettes to name but a few.

hogjowlz 12-12-2002 05:52 PM

wouldnt that make sense? wild thornberrys are more realistic i guess.

airline2 12-12-2002 06:22 PM

I hope more american made cars

cisco 12-12-2002 08:19 PM

Thats what they really need to make in order to sell more in the U.S.

just got my black honda

johnrtse 12-12-2002 10:52 PM

I TOTALLY agree Azimov...

A whole series of American muscle cars would sell loads!!!

Just ask Playing Mantis how popular their series of Thunderjet 500 Slotcars are selling (made up of pretty accurate, very nicely detailed AMERICAN muscle cars).

My checkbook would be seriously depleted just buying any Mopar offerings :D

John

airline2 12-13-2002 05:38 AM

yes it would sell alot because i would buy them

Moto freak 12-13-2002 08:56 PM

whats AFX?

Azimov 12-13-2002 09:17 PM

A brand of slot cars.

r.c.dealer 12-13-2002 11:18 PM

I have tons of Aurora Thunder Jets, Aurora AFX, and Tomy Afx slot cars! Most of mine are from the '70s to late 80's!

Now if RR would make bodies as detailed as the old AFX slot car bodies that would be sweet. How about a rc micro car that could have AFX, and JL thunder jet bodies snapped on to them!

groove 12-13-2002 11:33 PM

Yep, here's another vote for more realistic ZZ bodies.

currently, I think the PT cruiser (shudder) is the most realistic ZZ body.

AxcZZ 12-14-2002 02:31 AM

isnt there gonna be new bodies from the fast and furious 2 movie?

Azimov 12-14-2002 05:09 PM

RC Dealer, you got any of those bodies for sale? Particularly ones that will fit a Zip. I'd be interested if so.

johnrtse 12-14-2002 06:39 PM

RC; Be careful about cutting up AFX bodies for Bit use- Some styles/versions are EXTREMELY collectable (read that EXPENSIVE!).

John

P.S. I am HUGE into AFX slot cars too!

I hear ya! I have a mustang and is not that bad either, At least you can tell what it is, But the RX-7 from the F&F my god they screwed up on that hood. Oh well... I wish I could cut the front end from my Bit RX-7 and put it on the Zip.

airline2 12-16-2002 05:27 AM
