Yes, they are TOMY brand - new school transmitter.

They are made by tomy, but they are not Bit Char-G's persay, they are actually called Super Cars Reborn.

From the actual page:

May 22nd sees the release of Lamborghini LP500S, Porsche 911 GT2, Nissan Skyline R34 and Mazda RX-7 models. Now, this is where things get a bit different. These new cars will be under the "Super Cars Reborn" banner. But what are Super Cars?
Starting in the 70s and re emerging in the 80s there was a TOY movement, what we call in Japan a BOOM, called SUPER CARS. SUPER CARS were a collection of cars which provided the Japanese driver with a dream... The speed and luxury and futuristic shape of these cars meant that every man and his dog were churning out some type of toy or model or whatever using one of these super cars. So TOMY has decided that the NEW direction for bit char-g is "SUPER CAR REBORN" and you can quote us on that...

Look beyond the spanky new cars and you'll see that TOMY has introduced a new style controller. The directional buttons look radically different as does the colour. From the images, it is possible to see that the cars are two-speed and the controller has a retractable hard antenna.

WooHoo!! About friggin time they put the retractable on... I was getting tired of doing it myself :D.
