new xmods and body kits
 

people at rs are saying that there might be an acura integra body as well as new body kits for the existing cars. if badcompany were here he would probably know. he always knew about all the release dates for the xmods and zipzaps

new body kits for all the cars are comming out also. :)

ya, i said that. BTW badcompany has seemed to have disapeared again:(

what other cars are there gonna be? will it be a new chassis?

all i heard was that a new integra body. and then revamped body kits for the skyline, rsx, supra, civic. probly some veilsides or sumthin

i know about cars a little but whats a vielside? just abrand of body kit?

its not ricey enogh for the XMod/ import crowd...

all new Xmods stuff is new to me the newest thing I have heard is the Wheel Upgrade will so be discontinued and possibly replaced with a different set. Will do some checking into it Friday though.

they need to make some different offsets and sizes. but i doubt that will happen.

Have not heard anything about new bodies coming out any time soon...but they are discontinuing the White Supra and White Supra bodykits and the Wheel Upgrades. Though will look into new kits.

highly unlikely unless they come out with a second generation of XMODS. not just electronics whole chassis too.

aww i need the bodi kits for the white Supra so i could get the small spoiler and hood...

Yes I agree too the Spoon Integra wouldnt be a very popular hit with the import crowd not the fact that it has tremendous horsepower and the import/ricer look to it but the fact that it is American made product. But then again there is the fact that there are many people buying the model car Integra Type R and making a body for the XMods out of it.

wouldnt it suck if RS came out with all of the bodies that everyone has been modifying to put on their XMODS?

i have a question, did you make a mold, or did you sculpt the wbk from building material?

looks completely stock with the exception of a CF hood and a CF lip.
but under the hood thats a totally different story.

i spoke to the local rs manager last night, and he said something about rumors of new cars in early fall. Perhaps two versions: a continuation of the current ones, and a new special - order only version that is a bit more refined and tuned from the factory, albeit a bit more expensive ( around $120 to $140 )... again, this is just rumors but i have been told by a mutual friend that he has a few connections to corporate R&D.

Ive read elswhere that the xmods are coming out with an "XMOD2" now don't quote me on this... its just something i read and discussed with a manager at our local RS. I was told that there will be some additional up grades for the xmods... such as new body kits... possibly underbody light kits that are supposed to connect to the side trim, about the xmods2 or whatever they'll call them... they are supposed to be slightly larger... come with 6cell upgrades... and better quality parts... of course they'll run you probably twice as much as the original xmod... but it sounds like it might be possible. You might as well save up and go buy a nitro the way things are goin now ... ha ha
I did.... the way i saw it... ive already put over $500 in the long run on all my xmods (including the xmods themselves) plus all the mods and tweeks i did myself.
