widebody rx7 progress pics =)
 

so i started on my widebody rx7 today... pretty much its plastic and superglue, needs to be sanded and painted,

also adding the flip up headlights, any other sugguestions??

what color should i paint it?

Are you gonna make the wheels come more to the sides so that they don't look too much "in" the car? Like, make a bigger axle in the back? The problem is the front wheels :rolleyes:

I'm no fan of widebodies, but if you're gonna make one, do it for the right reason and make a real circuit racing paint, not some ricey vinyl-like paintjob :p But that's just me :D

im doubling the width of teh back wheels, and the front wheels, im using rear wheel's of a pullback


as far as racng scheme, i was planning on copying the green RE Amemiya RX7

but most of the forums for bits and clones are like that.
ive also found the most the ppl are kids (under 16) im on the older side but i still like to have fun with these things lol.

bgc are good for ppl who like r/c cars but dont want to spend loads on accesories.

Although i am 14 yrs old, i have zz cars because i dont want to spend hundreds on a normal rc car..but with these zz cars and TINYRC'S i find them so interesting because of the detail and the amount of things you can actually do to them.

yeah i first got my BCG way back in the day. Id say a good 2 to 3 years ago when they first came out in Japan.

It wasnt until recently that i busted mine back out. Some of my friends retruned from the mall with some ZZ and as soon as i found mine, which was stashed some where in my room, we started racing them.

I wanted to see what the world of mini r/c had created for these cars and i must say that im very impressed by all of the mods and accesories that are out on the market at a relativly low price.

Ok im just about to start a webbie (www.freewebs.com) and i was wondering if your interesting in making a webbie on there with me,there only easy site's to make but its fun to make...after 7 days,you get a forum so that will be kool...just post if ya like the idea...

sounds like a great idea however id have very little time to help. however if you do start it up i surly will support your cause with post and perhaps articles and if i have time reveiws of products.

how long does it have to be and what can and cant it consist of i.e. dashes and slashes and junk

you can only have letters and try and make it a compact web name....E.G DRAGMASTERS, but obviously sumert else coz the main topic isnt going to be about drags....just you say a name and ill start it.:D

i think what we need is a name that ill cover all of the micro rc cars. however because there are only two words, 3 if u split up rc, its hard to come up with something diffrent.

Ok microspeed (if yur the moderator) i was on bitpimps talking normally about sum1s custom job and some people startied to say things really bad about me,and they hacked my account (i think my email aswell) and they edited my posts with all of these nasty comments (really nasty)....so im glad that this forum has actual respect!.....im sorry for me blabbing on, but im really really angry that there are losers out there like that......
