well they steer great. have awesome antennas. but the motors are a mystery... oh and the bodys are freaking awesome,(just because you cant get these bodys anywhere else...)

i only saw about 6 of them at my big lots

only the 2 body styles. and two frequncys.. each freq is a different color.. the cars are red or yellow and the truck is red or blue.

I have the red and yellow cars , never sae the trucks .

Big Lots? Do they have a site online? Nothing by that name over here in Seattle.

Walgreens has them also .

these cars arent packaged in a bubble or a box.. they have a weird plastic packaging... how much are they at wall greens...

no you probably wont find them online. big lots is like a discount kmart or wallmart.. sell the stuff that the bigger places couldnt sell for a fraction of the price...

i figured 4.99 would be good even if i only got the body... but i got one good motor. and a couple awesome pcb's tht have cool antennas..

im gonna go pick one up :)

THEY DO NOT ALL HAVE 3.0 MOTORS LIKE STATED IN THAT EBAY AD...

some arnt 3.0 and some are? what ones? i talking about big lots btw?

do these big lot cars fit on bit shells and stuff?

the cars are called thunder chargers.. the chassis i would say is 1 mm longer.. the bodys fit on bits.. but bit bodys wont fit because of the internal antenna that this thing has...

well now all i have to do is wait till my parents take me to big lots....and then i'll get them

couldnt find at big lots or walgreens thou i saw them at walgreens (one car) a long time ago but never really checked it out but its gone now hehe :(

heres an idea. do a search for them on the web.. you may just find them....

tryed and all i got was crap like: thunder charger super fast charger in mins!! .....

try thunder charger Mini rc or micro rc. or thunder charger rc car. i also saw a ebay store that was selling them for like 10 bucks apiece..

these cars are distributed by mega toys, who is in partnership with NIKO of japan.. so these cars are essentially Niko cars.

either way. body quality gets about a 6 on a 10 scale. (feel fragile like ive said befor)

chassis gets a 7 (rear tab broke once)

steering gets a 12 on a 10 scale....

while we are into the back tab subject...i just broke mine!!! what do i do man i cant keep the motor and heat sink down :(

did you break it completely off? or did it just crack..

i have made new ones with credit cards.. just double them up and you get a good firm mount. then superglue. and use braces for it so it dosent buckle under pressure of putting on the cap..

by braces i mean som pieces on the bottom that form to the bottom of the tab and the back of the chassis. superglue all of it..

credit card plastic is less likely to crack..

yep not even a little bit on there the whole tab broke off anf a ran outta superglue trying to get that piece back on :( hmm dunno if i have credit card plastic but ill try.. and thanks

i just picked up the blue suv at biglots. i'm very impressed. for $4.99 i got an awesome motor, a great running car, and horribly ugly red wheels.:p i like the controller too. i also got almost 15 min. runtime from 1 charge. i must have gottten real lucky with this one, but i'm getting the 2 cars tomorrow. i'll put the red body with the red wheels. for $4.99 might as well get a few.:p

hehe you know about my broken tab problem? will my motor now holds its self down!! :) annnndd it turned my vw beetle into lowrider because the casssis can fit higher inside the shell ;) :bdrop:

awaken.. i dont understand your last post. are you drunk or something? lol. what are you using to hold your motor down... did you superglue it inplace? or are you using the body to hold it down?

beats me man its holds itself down i didnt do anything :> id give some pics but my web cam pics are the right "format"
