range is much better with the controller antenna mod
20-30 ft with no stuttering

led stuff is easy
most of the info
is on qfm
just take your time

hbarer 09-16-2002 01:54 AM

tires and wheels

the tires and rims are from a johnny lighning
diecast kit
($4.00 wal mart)

kwikbb 09-16-2002 12:00 PM

Wow thats one sweet lookin bb, great job. hbarer let me ask you something, how did you get the rims of the rear axel?
Thanks

hbarer 09-16-2002 02:56 PM

crazy glue
not the best way though
next time i'll use epoxy

the trick is to cut the rims off
without touching the gear
and leave a piece on for
a spacer

kwikbb 09-16-2002 03:52 PM

Oh ok thanks :)

dumboi07 09-18-2002 02:35 AM

wut did u use for ur controller joysticks?

and how did u secure it?
it looks really kick@$$!!!!!

hbarer 09-18-2002 07:12 PM

those are from tuning pegs
from an old guitar
they're theaded
and screwed on from behind
all you do is drill a hole
and screw it in

blacksabbath070 09-18-2002 08:51 PM
