This is the process I use to build the bottom section of a silicon mold. In about 5 hours, It'll be ready for the top half.

Pojo,
you can get the Sharper Image clones online at their website. They come in a pair...an H2 and an SSR. The chassis' are just a tad larger then a zip. They line up with more 1/64 die-cast cars then anything else out there.
