haha, those are friggen badass :D

I can't wait for the `66 mustang r/c to come out, I'm all over that one...too bad its not a `65 (I am restoring a `65 coupe ;) )

Lord_Nick_D 06-25-2003 09:58 AM

the guy across the street from me has a 67 mustang fastback that he's hopped up abit but it still looks completely stock with the original rims and tires

Can this be done with a microsizer,or do you need a zip zap?I am not familiar with the zips,so I dunno if there is a size difference,or anything else important.

malform 06-25-2003 12:03 PM

Zips are longer, Much more to scale than bits.

Did I mention that zips are way better too? :)

LittleBlueRocke 06-25-2003 12:05 PM

Will any of the microsizer parts fit a zip?I wanted to build a drag micro, but seeing as I can fit a muscle machine body on a zip(and I LOVE muscle cars),it may be the perfect match!

malform 06-25-2003 12:09 PM

I think only the motors are the same... Unless you want to put bit tires and rims on a zip, I have no idea why you would want to, but hey, someone might :\

I think you can swap the batts too... But I dont think you would want to do that either... Bits have nicads :P

LittleBlueRocke 06-25-2003 12:11 PM

I would just want to put in a new motor, and maybe some of the handling stuff.I am gonna get either the r-spec 2,or that 43k rpm motor off ebay, and go from there.I amso just found out that zips have a muscle car body pack!

Bad Company 06-25-2003 03:00 PM

You can swap out the axles / knuckles with wheels, motors, sway bars, batteries, pcb boards. I think the bits would be impossible for the Muscle Machine Bodies. They are way too short. I had to dremel the fenders to fit a Zip chassis.

LittleBlueRocke 06-25-2003 09:21 PM

Maybe I will just get a zip zap,and the muscle car body set.
