i just think they are better because of range and overall performance. i never had a bad bit, but i have had 3 bad MS cars. i only own one MS Pro so, it hasn't broken yet. all i'm saying is i personally think bits are worth the extra few bucks, plus you get cool bodies with them.

I swear, I got 28 feet with my PRO! I have long hallway in my house and was able to control the car from 28 feet away, I measured it out, promise! Here is a pic of how I configured my antenna to get maximum range (PCB cover off). The antenna length is around five inches.

PS- Babykiller, why would it be a benefit if BCG's had a crip cap? Those reduce range.

I can back Ugh on that, my Pro get 25'+ indoors, both of them!,
straight out the box!

I'm sure it's in the controller though. I had a Pro that got 2'-6' indoors and I thought it was the car. I was sent another chassis from Hobbico and got the same results. Returned the first car w/controller and got a fresh one. Now both cars get over 25' !!! So Believe it ! My BCG Booster also gets 25'.

my pro got 29 feet and 6 inches....but now it has 34 feet 3 inches with my antenna mod...i guess only a few people got lucky pros...

I love both of my Pros. The quality is superb in comparison to all of my clones. As far as range goes..... I have a 27MHz Pro with lousy range. Then again, all of 27MHz cars have lousy range. My 49MHz Pro, just like my other 49MHz cars, gets awesome range!!! Ill give Microsizer Pros a definite 8 on a scale of one to ten. If the Pros came in more frequencies and had better looking controllers, they'd be about perfect.

Zips Zaps are cool, well built, and have nice accessory kits, but a little slow in comparison to Microsizers. No turbo button either, which is too bad. I'm addicted to turbo buttons. The fact that you put slot car bodies on them is a big plus. I'll give the Zip Zaps a solid 7.

MotorWorks are awesome out of the box, but not very interchangeable for parts. The base charger alone is worth the price though. I charge my dual cell MS Pro on that charger. The steering is a little wide. MotorWorks gets a 6.

H1 has that cool-man-cool Hummer. The body and tires kick tooshie. Mine has pretty good speed. The steering is a little wide for my tastes. Hi gets a 6 from me.

My Panther has one of the faster and torquiest motors in my collection. It has some steering issues, but runs very fast and reliably. I’ll give Panther a solid 7.

My two Precious play quite well. They are not as fast as my Panther, but the bodies are nicer. They rank the same as my Panther, a 7.

wtf every ms i have bought (like 9 now) hasnt even lasted 24hours except one andthey all got about 2feet away from me when i was standoing up my bit however got the most torcher and its lasted me a good 5 6 months(until the piece on the back where the motor clip goes in broke)
