What is the best up grade motor with out yanking the battery out? I already tried a 150mah battery when charging the charging light was flickering rapidly. So i yanked it out put the tomy nicad back in.I don't want crazy speed just a little more speed and torque.I was looking at motor loading chart and 2.6 seems the best over all for speed and torque.Or should i get tinys 3.4?Also wil Zip zap motors workin a Tomy ?

I recommend the formula 34. This motor is reliable and has a lot of torque. Wild Char G motors have to work hard because of the power gearing. The formula 34 is the most rugged hi po motor I've run across. I have 3 wild char g's with Rspec, 3.8 and formula 34 motors installed. To be honest, I can't tell much of a difference between the motors, but then , I have never tried to race them against each other. Regardless of what motor you choose, I can guarantee it will be better than the weak ### stock 2.2 motor that comes with the package.

Just bought the newest zipzap motor upgrade kit with 2.8 orange motor and thru that puppy in. Man does it fly now and has a ton or torque. Tried a tomy 3.0 in it and it was slow with very little torque. Love those torqueey little zip motors.
