Hi.. im really into BCG/MS but then i came across these, and im just wondering, where it is best to buy these? i no kyosho is what i should look for..

should i get it at my local hobby shop? anyone no the range of price?
or should i go online.. towerhobbies.com (been there done that)

also is it a better idea to find the cheapest ready set with whatever body, and just find a autoscale body that i like and buy that?

thanks.. please reply.:D

once i get one, im also considering turbo and a new performence motor.. (which one is the best set up)

You should start locally, so you can make relationships with people who are experienced.

Actualy the mini-z shop is part of this shop. I do have one question for the admin. Can I order Mini-Z parts and BCG/MS parts in the same order? I know it may be a dumb question, but I would like to know if it's possable.

Don't look like I can, The cart here and the cart there (MZR) is not compatable.

the x mods are cool and all, but theres way to many little parts... im not trying to put them down or anything , but i like mini z's way better, they are faster, better handling, and a lot easier to get parts for and more of a selection. the only problem is the money:( i have both and theyre both nice i just like the mini z better. just my 2 cents

As you can see from my sig, I have an xmod. I'm looking into buying an overland. Are they really that capable? And what are some pros and cons when compared to a mini-z racer? (sorry don't know the names of the "on-road" series)

OLs are more than capable to do the things advertised. Here is how I rate them:
>Pros:
-awesome shocks
-nice scale looks
-a wide variety of option parts
-a truck

>Cons:
-a little slower than a racer
-a high CG
-more expensive in most places

OLs are great. I don't have one, but I've driven a few and they are definately worth getting.
