I don't have a clue where Tomy's US main location is, but you are basically out of luck. It says right on the box, or in the instructions, don't remember where, that the Bit Char-G's are not inteded to be taken out of Asia, and if they are, the warranty is null & void. Maybe they won't live up to their rule, I hope you figure something out!!!
