Mine wont keep a charge either, how did you get yours working?
After taking everything apart and switching back to one cell, its now not even charging the single battery. Im afraid i've done something to the pcb...

The car does show a change in speed. You can hear the difference. the thing that sucks is it seems to drain a lot quicker. My car doesnt seem to like to last too long. After a 90 sec charge, and a 2-5 minute run time, it goes back to oits original speed, and wears down quicker. Its a fun mod. But its hard to work with. If your not good with elecetronics, i suggest against it.
I hope you guys who say it doesnt hold a charge, or that it doesnt even cahrge a single battery, USE a stand alone charger or recurcuited(sp) controller(use the charger, its better), or wired everythign right, and made sure the plate and a battery dont contact WHATSOEVER.
