Removing Cripple Capacitor from Circuit Board [Archive]

I have some boosters and a normal car. The shown capacitor is in all of my cars.
So has anyone tested this mod? also in boosters???

ive doen it, but havent tested its distance. i need to go to bed. Now i need to pack up for LA.

ive done it and only gained about 2'-3' of extra distance and then the turnig stutters. but i guess since its a quicky mod its worth the time.

you got 2 - 3 feet!? i only got...well, i didnt get any noticable distance. Maybe one or two inches. This mod want worth 10 mins of my time.

We (ikon design) removed the cripple capacitor from the controler boeard and gained around 20 feet!!!
