I was thinking when my tank comes in i can make metal tracks for it to replace the rubber ones. There for no more rubber track slipping and with the metal ones just put ruber wheels from a zz on the drive wheels.b45m b35m bg12 bg657 bg395 bbimpb zztbo

would you get any traction with metal though? I dont mean the drive wheels I mean on the actual driving surface, I would think they wouldn't grip and therefor wouldn't be able to climb much.
sure real tanks have metal treads but they also weigh tons, not just a few ounces like there little guys.

I would agree with penguin on this. I think that metal tracks would cause a lot of slippin' and slidin' unless they had little spikes or something. Why go to all that trouble?
