I figured the more R/C sites to go around the better! Hope some of you will join and visit once and a while..

Tinyrc.com: I'm not trying to take your members or lure people away from here or anything like that..I just enjoy makng websites and I thought it would be fun to have a forum and website about these cars!

hope everyone likes it.

Is there a non-FLASH entrance? I have a fair amount of time to surf at work, but we do not / cannot have flash installed. I cannot get anywhere on your site except the FLASH only splash screen.

Sorry Paul,
Right now that is the only version of the website we have ready for viewing . I am surprised about them not alowwing any flash plug-ins.. Flash is everywhere on the internet.. This leaves you very limited to where you can go.

Currently we are working on the DTM SP/X4 website and it is also in flash. We had planned on creating separate entrances and versions of these website's using only html but then figured it wouldn't matter because flash is a standard plug in for most browser's now. Are forum's aren't created in flash though so you can view them from work.

I hope you will maybe install the flash plug in for your browser or maybe you have a computer at home that you can surf the website from? If I recieve to many concerns about the site using flash and provided we have enough members, then I'll take action on creating a non flash interface.

I would also like to thank TinyRC for letting me post my link and it not get deleted by a moderator! this happened to me at another forum I am sure everyone has visited.

Again Paul.... Very sorry for your troubles.

Any good website and business owner MUST offer a flash and non-flash site. It is very common for many work places to not allow flash. My company doesn't allow the use of flash, and a user can not install it, only me the administrator.

In these days you must remain browser friendly. I would never use IE to view my webpages. I find it slow in rendering. You page does work well with Opera, and i applaud you on that!

Thanks Binaryterror! If I see enough interest I will create a regular html version of the RROG website..

Thanks for checking out the site .. I think flash is a pretty standard plug in, it's just as popular as Java. I do know there are some security issues with the flash plug in though ..So this is what I will do..

I will start a poll in the RROG website and see what the % is that would like me to redesign the site in html..

Thanks again!

I am a Web Designer and most of my customer's ARE purchasing flash based sites over html sites.

Website's like this are why flash is going to overpopulate the www! These kinds of websites are what the future has to offer on the www..

I'm not trying being a jerk.. I just support flash over html because of the content that can be created with flash vs html. I think the majority of the people veiwing the internet have no problems installing a plug in for flash created websites.

I would vote in your poll, but I cannot use your web site. At work FLASH is not an option. At home if I have a choice between a flash site and a non-flash site I choose the non-flash because they load faster.
