i have a Z-Car that don't work!

Me and my dad both got Z-Cars for X-mas and sadly one of them didn't work. it charged and never ran. somethimes it did for like 2 seconds and ther controls are worse then ever! yoiu try going backwards and it won't unless the botton is pushed like 50 times. then when it goes it's reversed. push back, it goes forward. push left and it goes right.

now i don't mean to dis out Z-Cars because they are really good cars.

Can you return it? Sounds like some wires crossed or something. I had to exchange my first Z-Car, it didn't work right out of the box but I didn't have any problems exchanging it.

Check the instruction sheet, it should have the info on how to return it to Atomic for replacement. :)

i'm gonna return it. was the return instructions in the box shipping box or the Z-Cars box? I think I threw out my box. Can anyone make a scan of it for me?

Goto http://www.atomictoys.com and call their support line. Tell them what's wrong and thell send you a new car.

They have awesome support.

I have one and it didn't work when I got it. It needed a new battery. The one that came with it was dead.
